Our Mission
To give land managers and practitioners one reliable place for field capture, QA and reports, so their monitoring work is clear, consistent and auditable.
The Challenge We Solve
Accurate, auditable field data underpins good land management. Yet practitioners in remote areas face familiar barriers: unreliable connectivity, paper-based systems, records spread across spreadsheets, and data that is hard for others to check.
Traditional methods fall short when measuring regeneration in the real world:
- Paper forms get lost, damaged, or become illegible
- Many apps need a connection to save and sync
- Manual transcription introduces errors and delays
- Weak field evidence causes problems when work is reviewed or verified
These issues cost time and make good work harder to demonstrate.
Our Solution
GeoDataTrack combines a web hub (app.geodatatrack.com) with an offline surveyor app for iOS and Android. We prioritise simplicity, data integrity and a clear audit trail.

Consultants approve records, return them to the surveyor or reopen them with confirmation, and every step is logged. Approved records are kept separate from auto-imported ones.

Reports with charts, photos and your organisation's own colour palette, with photos linked to each answer.
Built for the EOV Protocol
All 15 EHI indicators, EHI calculated automatically from your field data, and import of historic EOV workbooks. Protocol agnostic too: configure survey forms for other monitoring frameworks.

GeoDataTrack provides structured, auditable field and landscape data that can support verification, BNG and carbon work. It does not calculate carbon or biodiversity units, and it is not certified or endorsed by any registry or standard body.

Behind GeoDataTrack
GeoDataTrack was developed by practitioners at the intersection of ecosystem restoration, regenerative agriculture, and appropriate technology. The platform emerged from firsthand experience with the frustration of trying to collect credible field data in remote locations.
